An online auction to dispose of Scott County’s six remaining tax deed parcels will begin Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Noon, and close at Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:59am.

The minimum bid for a parcel begins at $100, with the winning bidder also responsible for a 10% buyer’s premium to be paid to the auction host. All back taxes, liens, and assessments will be abated (waived) prior to transferring to the successful bidders.
