The Scott County Assessor's Office serves all of Scott County except for the City of Davenport. Both County and City Assessors are located on the fifth floor of the Scott County Administrative Center.

Questions about recently mailed Property Owner Budget Statements?
These notices were mailed to comply with recently passed legislation as found in Iowa Code 24.2A. They are not your property tax statement, but a notice of:
- Proposed tax levies for the 2026/27 budget year for respective School District, City and County for the subject property.
- Date, Time and Location of the hearings for the respective budgets.
- Hypothetical impact of a 10% increase in property value. The county-wide net taxable value increase for assessment year 2024 (2026 Budget) was 2.1%.
