A process to gather information, receive public input and develop a framework and a guide for how decisions on land use and development are made.
A study of the economic, social, environmental, and physical characteristics of the jurisdiction or area covered in the comprehensive planning process.
Generally adopted as policy and guides the adoption, enforcement and implementation of Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances.
