The 2024-25 Iowa snowmobile season registration is $33.50. On May 1, 2024 Gov. Kim Reynolds signed Senate File 2423, which eliminated the resident Trail Pass requirement and rolled that fee into the snowmobile registration amount of $33.50. This means that residents that have an up to date Iowa registration only need to display their current stickers on their snowmobile, and no longer need a Trail Pass for Iowa.
