NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received at the Scott County Engineer’s Office, 950 E. Blackhawk Trail, Eldridge, Iowa, 52748 until 10:00 A.M., March 30, 2018, for the construction of three Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) projects that are tied together.

• Project L-413 is a HMA Surfacing Project on 52nd Avenue from Y4E north 1.588 miles to the Wapsi River Environmental Education Center.
• Project L-518 is a HMA Resurfacing Project on 102nd Avenue from Y4E to 285th Street and on 285th Street from 102nd Avenue east 0.192 miles.
• Project L-618 is a HMA Resurfacing Project on 55th Avenue, 298th Street and 57th Avenue from F31 north 0.677 miles.
