Things to Keep in Mind

• User must have at least one MFA method registered.
• User can sign in with the new password right away!
• Laptops need to be wired to county ethernet before registering the new password.

What to Expect

• User must enter their email address.  If it's a county email address, make sure that it's that address ending in .com
  • Scottcountyiowa.com
  • Wastecom.com
  • Scottcountylibrary.org
• Solve the CAPTCHA
• Click Next
• Choose the verification method you want to verify and click next
• After they successfully complete the MFA challenge, the user can then set their new password.

Password Rules

• Minimum 12 characters
• At least three these four types:
  • Upper case letters
  • Lower case letters
  • Numbers
  • Symbols
• Can't reuse a previous password
• No part of your First / Last name or username
