Compensation Board

As of July 1, 2024 Iowa Code 331.905 A board of supervisors may dissolve a county compensation board upon a majority vote of the members of the board of supervisors. If the board of supervisors has not established or has dissolved the county compensation board, the board of supervisors shall carry out the duties as the county compensation board, including as provided in section 331.907. 

As of July 30, 2024 The Scott County Board of Supervisors unanimously voted to dissolve the compensation board.
