We are excited to invite you to participate in an upcoming De-Escalation Training session, designed to provide you with valuable tools and techniques for managing challenging or high-stress situations in a calm, constructive manner. Whether you're dealing with customers, coworkers, or the public, this training will help you handle conflicts more effectively, promote safety, and build stronger relationships in the workplace.
This training will be provided by C3 De-escalation and teaches how to work with the brain, not against it. Structured in a practical manner that applies to all job types, staff can put the training in action the moment they walk out the door.
We are offering two half day sessions on Friday, January 31. Only sign up for one session, as the second session will be a repeat of the first.
